Dr. Winston is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He was a staff psychiatrist for more than 15 years with a large HMO doing general adult outpatient psychiatry. His current focus is in medical management issues and coordination of care with nonmedical colleagues. Dr. Winston is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine, in the Department of Psychiatry since 1978, and he has maintained an affiliation with Harbor UCLA Medical Center as a clinical supervisor in the Residency Training Program.. Dr. Winston has previous experience in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient, hospital and residential facilities.  He now devotes his clinical expertise to psychiatric assessments, medication management, and providing medical consultation and support for our clinical staff of psychologists.
