Grief Counseling
Grief is painful and it is hard work. People grieve many things, as the death of a loved one, broken relationships, job loss, financial distress, infertility, or lost hopes and dreams. Coping with loss depends on a person’s ability to grieve properly. You may need grief counseling if you are feeling significant sadness, depression, ange, guilt, hopelessness, or anxiety. Some of the other signs include, difficulty sleeping since the loss, concerns about your ability to cope, and remorse over past behavior.
Those who participate in Grief Counseling feel supported in their grief, and develop an understanding of normal grief reactions. They are able to work through their unique issues and find meaning in the experience enabling them to lead healthy lives in the future.
